Richard is Co-Head of Industrial & Logistics Leasing, Advisory & Development, and has over 25 years of experience within the sector.  Richard has been with DTRE since the Partnership was founded in 2010.
Richard specialises in leasing and development consultancy projects.  He has particular specialism in advising clients on disposal strategies and is actively involved in projects throughout the UK, ranging from large scale build to suit projects to ‘mid box’ urban logistics projects.  In addition he is highly active in the development consultancy market and has been involved in various site acquisitions throughout the South East and Midlands.
Prior to DTRE Richard worked at CBRE and Holley Blake and he has a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management from the University of Northumbria.
