Simon is an Equity Partner and Head of Developer Client Relations in the Science & Technology Team, he has been with DTRE since October 2012 initially setting set up the Office Agency and Investment team. Simon has over 25 years of experience and his experience in investment and development comes from his background in leasing. He specialises in developer led business in Cambridge, London and Oxford. He has been a member of the RICS since 2001.
